1. Proper Cosmetic Solubility

Complete dissolution of the fragrance oil in the carrier solvent is essential for homogeneous distribution. The wrong solvent causes phase separation and cloudiness.

Resting the finished mixture in a dark, cool place (typically 3-4 weeks for perfume) allows the aroma molecules to bind and settle.

Uygulamalı Üretim Prosesi

1 Ekipman Dezenfeksiyonu ve Hazırlık

Tüm beherleri ve karıştırıcı cam bagetleri alkol ile sterilize edin ve tamamen kurutun. Plastik kapların esansı emebileceğini ve bozabileceğini unutmayın; bu nedenle her zaman cam veya paslanmaz çelik ekipmanları tercih edin.

2 Homojen Karıştırma Tekniği

İlk olarak formülasyona uygun oda kokusu bazını behere aktarın. Ardından esansı yavaşça ilave edin. Karışımı cam baget vasıtasıyla, hava kabarcığı oluşturmadan dairesel hareketlerle en az 3 dakika boyunca yavaşça karıştırarak homojen hale getirin.

3 Maserasyon ve Aktivasyon Süreci

Karışımı ışık geçirmeyen amber cam şişelerde, oda sıcaklığında (20-25°C) 48 saat dinlendirin. Sonrasında şık cam şişenize aktarıp fiber çubukları yerleştirin. Çubukları 1 saat sonra ters çevirerek kılcal kanalları aktive edin.

* Yapılan koku yayılım testlerinde: Özel fiber çubuklar, mikro-kılcal mühendislik yapıları sayesinde tıkanmaya karşı rattan (bambu) çubuklara göre %90 daha dirençlidir.

Parfüm Üretim Adımları

1 Alkol ve Fiksatif Ön Karışımı

İlk olarak parfüm alkolü ile sabitleyici fiksatif (örneğin Monopropilen Glikol) hammaddeyi behere ekleyip tamamen karıştırın. Fiksatif, alkolün hızlı buharlaşmasını önleyen bir bağlayıcı kalkan görevi görür.

2 Esans İlavesi ve Kontrollü Su Ekleme

Hazırlanan alkollü karışıma parfüm esansını ekleyerek 5 dakika karıştırın. Son adımda deiyonize saf suyu mutlaka **damla damla** ekleyin. Suyu bir anda dökmek, esansın kararlılığını bozup parfümün şoklanarak aniden bulanıklaşmasına sebep olur.

3 Karanlık Soğuk Maserasyon

Hazırladığınız parfümü koyu renkli cam şişeye dökerek ağzını sıkıca kapatın. Parfümü 4-6 °C ısıya sahip buzdolabında en az 3-4 hafta maserasyona (dinlenmeye) bırakın. Soğuk ortamda esans içindeki doğal mumlar çökecektir; sonrasında filtre kağıdı ile süzüp berrak parfümü elde edebilirsiniz.

Why Does the Scent Fade Fast?

Sadece esans oranını yükseltmek çözüm değildir. Esans formülündeki dip notaların (musk, amber, wood) zayıf olması kalıcılığı düşürür. Fiksatif oranını maksimum %2 düzeyinde tutun veya dip nota yoğunluğu güçlü esanslar tercih edin.

Why Did the Perfume Turn Milky After Mixing?

Bu durum "Su Şoku"dur. Eklenen saf suyun miktarının alkol-esans limitini aşmasından kaynaklanır. Çözüm için karışıma azar azar alkol ekleyerek berraklığı geri getirin veya bir sonraki üretimde su oranını düşürün.

Uygulamalı Oto Kokusu Üretim Adımları

1 Esans ve Solvent Entegrasyonu

Ahşap kapaklardan dengeli sızma sağlamak için esans oranını %35 ile %45 arasında tutmalısınız. Esans ile çözücü DPM solventini behere aktarıp cam bagetle homojen bir karışım elde edene kadar 3 dakika karıştırın.

2 Dolum ve Sızdırmazlık Kilidi

Hazırlanan oto kokusu sıvısını minik cam şişelere aktarın. Nakliye ve bekleme sırasında esansın dışarı sızıp ahşabı çürütmemesi için şişe ağzına mutlaka plastik emniyet tıpasını sıkıca yerleştirin.

3 Kullanım ve Kapilar Aktivasyon

Nihai kullanıcı ürünü açtığında plastik emniyet tıpasını çıkarır ve ahşap kapağı şişeye tekrar sıkıca vidalar. Şişeyi 2-3 saniye ters çevirerek kapağın esansı emmesini sağlar. Araç sarsıldıkça ahşaptan koku pasif olarak havaya yayılır.

Kapakta Doğru Ahşap Seçimi

Araç kabinindeki yüksek ısı değişimleri nedeniyle ahşap kapakların lif yapısı çok kritiktir:

  • 🌳 Gürgen veya Kayın Ağacı: Orta lif yoğunluğuna sahiptir. Esansı aşırı hızlı çekmez, sızdırma yapmaz ve dengeli bir salınım sunar (Önerilen).
  • 🪵 Çam Ağacı veya Kavak: Yumuşak lif yapısı nedeniyle esansı aşırı hızlı çeker, ahşap hızlıca doyar ve torpido üzerine çöp damlatma/sızdırma riski çok yüksektir.
